Randstad is currently seeking applications from motivated Records Management Officers for several upcoming opportunities across Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs.
In these positions, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of corporate records. Your daily activities will involve:
Information Lifecycle: Managing the capture, registration, archiving, and secure destruction of records.
Mail & Logistics: Processing inward and outward mail, including digital scanning and distribution to various business units.
System Support: Providing hands-on guidance to staff regarding the use of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDRMS).
Compliance: Ensuring all information is treated in a professional and confidential manner in line with privacy legislation.
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical expertise and a strong commitment to service excellence. Key requirements include:
Qualifications: A Diploma in Records and Information Management or a lesser qualification combined with relevant industry experience.
Technical Skills: High computer literacy in MS Office and experience with EDRMS applications (experience with Objective ECM is highly regarded).
Knowledge: A solid understanding of record management principles, including Retention and Disposal Authorities.
A current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
The physical capability to perform office duties, including occasional lifting (up to 20kg) and standing for long periods.
Ability to work within a team environment to achieve set objectives.
Flexibility to occasionally work after hours or on weekends if required.
